Walt Disney World is well known for its fun and thrilling theme parks and water parks. What you might not know is that there’s a ton of other recreation activities to enjoy outside of the theme parks, including miniature golf.
There are two miniature golf locations located at Disney World. One is the Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf and the other is the Winter Summerland Miniature Golf. Both locations offer two 18-hole courses that provide fun for the whole family.
Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf
The 18-hole Fantasia Gardens course takes guests through an entertaining journey through the world of Fantasia. The course is full of interactive and detailed theming that guarantees this won’t be your average miniature golfing experience.
The 18-hole Fairways course is a challenging experience intended for miniature golfers who want to really test themselves. The course resembles a traditional golf course and features water hazards, sand traps and difficult slopes.
These courses are located near the Epcot Resort Area just past the Swan & Dolphin Resorts.
Winter Summerland Miniature Golf
What if Santa decided to build a vacation destination for his elves in Florida? That’s the story of Winter Summerland Miniature Golf where guests experience either an 18-hole snowy adventure or an 18-hole summery sand course. Celebrate Christmas all year round as you putt around these courses.
These courses are located near Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park.
What Course Do We Recommend?
We love the Fantasia Gardens course! The theming, such as the interactive fountains and whimsical music, are fun for all ages. Located near the Epcot resorts and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the course has a great backdrop and a super convenient location.
We find we keep returning to the Fantasia course even after repeated visits.
