Full Song List for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets

Updated:

The updated Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring The Muppets will feature a brand new song list! Guests riding the coaster will randomly hear one of the songs below during their high-speed journey.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Songs

  • Song 2 – The Electric Mayhem (cover of the Blur song)
  • Born to Be Wild – The Electric Mayhem & Camilla the Chicken (cover of the Steppenwolf song)
  • Love Rollercoaster – The Electric Mayhem featuring Jennifer Hudson & Questlove (cover of the Ohio Players song)
  • Rock! Rock! (Till You Drop) – The Electric Mayhem featuring Def Leppard
  • Walking on Sunshine – The Electric Mayhem featuring Kelly Clarkson (cover of the Katrina & The Waves song)

Disney teased that the band has been working on some bonus tracks. Does that mean even more songs will be coming in the future? We’ll have to wait and see.

Unlike the Aerosmith version of this ride, the ride songs aren’t predetermined based on the train. Every coaster train will randomly play a song from the setlist just like we’ve seen at Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind.

Listen to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster’s Songs

Want to hear the original songs The Electric Mayhem are covering for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster? We’ve got you. The original versions of the songs can be found below.

Song 2 – Blur

Yes, the lead singer in Blur’s music video is wearing a Mickey Mouse shirt. It’s like it was meant to be! The Electric Mayhem’s cover of this song is perfect and fits the coaster perfectly.

Born to Be Wild – Steppenwolf

OK, so the original sounds a bit different because it doesn’t have a chicken.

Love Rollercoaster – Ohio Players

This song fits that old school Muppets vibe, if that makes sense. No complaints here!

Rock! Rock! (Till You Drop) – Def Leppard

This is the only song on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster that involves the original artist.

Walking on Sunshine – Katrina & The Waves

We initially saw some complaints about this song being used for the coaster. We have the opposite opinion. The ride needs some variety, and this song is so upbeat that it’ll be great for Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster.

Will New Songs Be Added Later?

Now that Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster isn’t dedicated to one artist, it opens up a world of possibility for new songs in the future. Disney has already teased bonus tracks, but we could envision a future where Disney switches up the soundtrack for special events. Remember how Cosmic Rewind had a special holiday song a couple years ago?

We also hope that Disney keeps the soundtrack fresh. They should be able to avoid things feeling stale if they keep putting a Muppets spin on familiar favorites.
