Disney has released a new video showing the inside of Roundup Rodeo BBQ, the newest table-service restaurant coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The behind-the-scenes video shows a mostly completed restaurant, and offers the best look so far at the Toy Story theming.
Guests will eat in spaces that are filled with Toy Story graphics and props. Large showpieces will break the dining space into sections. The entire Roundup Rodeo BBQ restaurant will be loaded with bright colors, familiar characters, and, of course, western theming.
Back when the initial concept art for Roundup Rodeo BBQ came out in 2019, we said the theming looked like the queue of the nearby Toy Story Mania attraction. Toy Story Mania, and the new Roundup Rodeo BBQ, use “cardboard” cutouts and oversized props to make guests feel like they’re a toy in one of Andy’s playsets.
Roundup Rodeo BBQ will officially open at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on March 23, 2023.
