Disney Cruise Line’s newest ship, the Disney Wish, will be home to Disney’s first water attraction at sea. The AquaMouse will take guests into one of two Mickey Mouse animated shorts, complete with porthole screens and lots of water effects.
Disney has released a quick preview of the AquaMouse.
It’s worth reminding the video above is an artist rendering and not the final product, but it should be fairly representative of the guest experience.
Guests may recognize the AquaMouse as a new spin on the AquaDuck found on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. While the AquaDuck is a very fun water slide with amazing views, the AquaMouse adds in some fun show elements and effects. It’ll also rotate which animated short is played each day between Scuba Scramble and Swiss Meltdown. Fun!
We can’t wait to see the first rides on the AquaMouse on the inaugural voyage of the Disney Wish in June 2022.
