One of our favorite drinks has returned to both Disneyland and Walt Disney World! The Fuzzy Tauntaun and all of its mouth-numbing fun is being served once again at Oga’s Cantina in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
The popular cocktail was temporarily removed from the Oga’s Cantina menu earlier this year due to supply chain issues. The signature “Buzz Button Tingling” Foam, which is what gives the Fuzzy Tauntaun its month-numbing qualities, has reportedly been unavailable. Disney has apparently been trying to source new ingredients for the foam.
Thankfully, the Fuzzy Tauntaun is back! However, guests might notice a slight difference in the cocktail. The signature foam is back, but it looks a bit different and has a slightly different effect. The foam isn’t quite as foamy and no longer sticks out well above the glass. Also, the numbing quality is a bit more subtle and isn’t immediately apparent as it was with the old recipe. It might take you a few sips before you even notice it.
Changes aside, we’re glad one of our favorite drinks is back on the menu at Oga’s Cantina. We hope the Fuzzy Tauntaun sticks around and continues to surprise guests with its refreshing taste and memorable numbing foam.
