EPCOT’s Journey of Water attraction continues to take shape near the center of World Celebration. Rock sculpting can be spotted for the walk-through attraction both from the EPCOT Monorail and from high above the park.
The great @bioreconstruct has some great photos on the recent progress.

The new rock sculpting is off to the left in the picture above. Taking a closer look, we can see that the rock sculpting is moving along relatively quickly.

Here’s Disney’s description of Journey of Water, inspired by Moana, from 2019.
This lush exploration trail will invite you to meet and play with magical, living water. The water will have a life of its own – just like Moana’s friend, the ocean – and you’ll learn about the importance of the natural water cycle.
Journey of Water does not have an opening date at this time. However, we have seen the pace of construction speed up in recent months. Disney appears to be full speed ahead on the construction in the center of EPCOT now that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has opened to guests.
