Reopening delayed indefinitely for Disney’s piano bar Jellyrolls

The reopening of Jellyrolls at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort has been officially delayed. Jellyrolls, the extremely popular piano bar, had previously announced they would reopen on October 1, 2020. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing health and safety regulations, their reopening has been pushed back “indefinitely.”

Unfortunately, this announcement doesn’t come as a big surprise. Jellyrolls is located inside a fairly intimate space that doesn’t lend itself well to social distancing. It also relies on live entertainment – several very talented performers – which adds to the overall operating cost.

It may not make sense to reopen Jellyrolls from a financial or a safety perspective at this time. Hopefully that can change in the near future.
