Prices will increase for Magic Kingdom Fireworks Dessert Parties on February 1, 2020

Updated:

It’s going to cost a little bit more to enjoy the fireworks dessert parties at the Magic Kingdom. Prices will go up for the three main dessert parties beginning on February 1, 2020. The overall increases range between $10-$20 more for adults and $6-$12 more for children.

Below are the price changes that have already been posted on the event pages on Walt Disney World’s website.

Fireworks Dessert Party at Tomorrowland Terrace

Now through January 31, 2020: $84 per adult (ages 10 and up); $50 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included
Starting February 1, 2020: $99 per adult (ages 10 and up); $59 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included

Fireworks Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing

Now through January 31, 2020: $69 per adult (ages 10 and up); $41 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included
Starting February 1, 2020: $79 per adult (ages 10 and up); $47 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included

Magic Kingdom After-Fireworks Dessert Party

Now through January 31, 2020: $69 per adult (ages 10 and up); $41 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included
Starting February 1, 2020: $89 per adult (ages 10 and up); $53 per child (ages 3 to 9), tax included

It’s interesting that the increases vary depending on the party. The most significant increase can be found on the After-Fireworks Dessert Party, which is a bit puzzling as it’s nearly identical to the Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing with the exception being that you watch the fireworks first before enjoying dessert.

Our full review of the Dessert Party with Plaza Garden Viewing mentions that we felt it was a good value primarily for the reserved fireworks viewing location. That value is weakened some with the new price increase, but it still appears to be the best offering of the bunch following these changes.
