Mobile ordering is expanding at Walt Disney World. In addition to the more than 20 quick service locations at the theme parks and Disney Springs, mobile ordering will soon be available at select resorts through the My Disney Experience app.
Disney has announced that mobile ordering will soon be available at Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, The Mara at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge and Contempo Café at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
These three locations will join Centertown Market and Spyglass Grill at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort as hotel dining spots with the mobile ordering feature.
If you haven’t used mobile ordering on the My Disney Experience app yet, the process is relatively easy. You make your selections ahead of time on the app and then indicate when you’ve arrived. You’ll then head straight for the pick-up counter and skip waiting in line.
Though we haven’t found the lines at Pop Century’s food court to be too bad, we welcome the expansion of mobile ordering around Walt Disney World.
