Magic Kingdom’s Main Street Confectionery to reopen with lots of M&Ms and Skittles, custom popcorn and more

The Magic Kingdom’s Main Street Confectionery is scheduled to reopen in a few days on September 29. Ahead of the reopening, Disney revealed the first images of the redesigned space. The new look may be familiar if you’ve visited the M&Ms store in Disney Springs.

M&Ms and Skittles play a big role in the redesigned Main Street Confectionery. Large tubes of the candies – 38 varieties – now line one of the walls.

The candy tubes definitely add a ton of color to the space.

In addition to the new candy, the Main Street Confectionery will also begin serving custom popcorn. Guests will be able to select from four different flavors of popcorn and can top it off with M&Ms, Skittles or even chocolate drizzle.

As always, cast members will continue to create delicious treats in front of guests. Candy apples and rice cereal treats live on in the redesigned space. There will also be 30 new items at the Main Street Confectionery guests won’t be able to find at other locations.

We look forward to checking out the updated Main Street Confectionery soon!
