Lobby redesign coming to Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort

Construction will begin soon on a new check-in experience at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort. Guests will see work on the redesigned main lobby beginning July 15, 2021 and continuing through mid October 2021.

Temporary check-in and guest service areas will be available during the construction. Guests can also elect to check-in online and skip the main lobby entirely. Other areas of Cinema Hall, such as the World Premiere Food Court, will remain open during the project.

Disney’s update to the check-in experience at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort should see the introduction of smaller counters and more open space. Disney has been gradually moving away from large front desk areas in favor of ‘pod’ spaces where cast members can work more closely with guests.
