Back in April 2019, Disney announced that a table service restaurant was coming to Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Roundup Rodeo BBQ will be an indoor dining location that’s themed with Andy’s toys and games while featuring some tasty barbecue.
We haven’t heard or seen too much about the restaurant since its original announcement. However, we can see in some new aerial photos from @bioreconstruct that land has been cleared for the restaurant just behind the main entrance into Toy Story Land.
For reference, the walkway coming from the left side of the photo leads into the main entrance of Toy Story Land. It’s believed that the restaurant’s entrance will sit near the sign where Woody welcomes guests into Andy’s backyard.
Foundation work should begin soon now that the land has been cleared and permits for construction have been filed. An opening date for the restaurant hasn’t been announced at this time.
