It’s time for another Walt Disney World Swan Reserve construction update

It’s been a hot second since we checked in on the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve hotel. Construction has been continuing on the new resort that’s being built near the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resorts.

Most of the exterior work is nearing completion outside of a handful of windows that need to be installed.

For reference, the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is located near the Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course and the Swan & Dolphin hotels. Guests visiting the miniature golf course pass directly in front of the hotel’s main entrance.

Those staying at the Swan Reserve will be able to enjoy all of the amenities at the Swan and Dolphin resorts. That includes some outstanding dining and some very nice pools. Concept art for the rooms, dining and more depict a modern resort that should be perfect for business travelers and convention attendees.

The Swan Reserve is expected to open in July 2021. Currently, reservations are only open for stays beginning September 1, 2021.
