Disney testing a new Guest Experience Team at the Magic Kingdom

Updated:

Disney is experimenting with a new Guest Experience Team that will be tasked with assisting guests at the Magic Kingdom beginning on December 16th, 2018 through the middle of January 2019.

The cast members on the team will help guests book FastPass+ reservations and provide advice on dining, attractions, navigating the park and the My Disney Experience app.

This new team of cast members will move around the park, but they will primarily be found on Main Street, Tomorrowland, Fantasyland and Frontierland. They will be available until 11pm daily during the initial test and can be seen wearing blue Guest Experience Team shirts and jackets.

Disney’s test of this new team comes shortly after they tested the use of personal shoppers who could assist guests with merchandise in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
