Disney Magic sailings cancelled through October 2, 2020

Disney Cruise Line has announced a new series of cancellations for its European itineraries aboard the Disney Magic. All of the itineraries scheduled through October 2, 2020 have been cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic and resulting travel restrictions.

As with all of the previous cancellations, Disney Cruise Line is offering guests with reservations either a full refund or a credit for a future cruise prior to March 31, 2022.

For those keeping track at home, the latest Disney Magic cancellations include the following itineraries:

  • Wednesday August 5, 2020 8-Night Northern Europe Cruise from Copenhagen
  • Thursday August 13, 2020 7-Night Northern Europe Cruise from Copenhagen
  • Thursday August 20, 2020 10-Night Norwegian Fjords and Iceland Cruise
  • Sunday August 30, 2020 7-Night Norwegian Fjords Cruise from Dover
  • Sunday September 6, 2020 7-Night British Isles Cruise from Dover
  • Sunday September 13, 2020 5-Night Western Europe Cruise from Dover
  • Friday October 2, 2020 10-Night Westbound Transatlantic Cruise from Dover to New York

Meanwhile, Disney Wonder itineraries are currently cancelled through September 14, 2020 while Disney Fantasy and Disney Dream itineraries are currently cancelled through July 27, 2020.

It’s believed that Disney Cruise Line’s first voyages when they resume sailing will be Bahamian voyages that visit Disney’s private island of Castaway Cay. It’s also possible itineraries will visit the Bahamas as they’ve announced their intent to welcome back tourists beginning on July 1.
