Direct bus service returning to Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach

Guests will soon have an easier time visiting Walt Disney World’s water parks. Direct bus service is being restored between the resorts, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach later this month.

The direct bus service, which is expected to resume March 17, 2019, will eliminate the need to transfer buses in order to reach Disney’s water parks.

Though the service to the water parks is direct, guests should plan on resorts sharing buses. The following resorts are expected to use the same buses before heading out to Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach.

  • Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge
  • Swan, Dolphin, Yacht Club, Beach Club, Boardwalk
  • Pop Century, Art of Animation
  • All-Star Resorts
  • Contemporary, Polynesian, Grand Floridian
  • Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge

No direct bus service will be offered between the theme parks and water parks.
