Walt Disney Animation Studios has released a new trailer for Baymax!, the new original series coming to Disney+. The six-episode series debuts June 29, 2022 and features everyone’s healthcare companion robot, Baymax, once again trying to help others.

We think this series looks great! Not only are we excited to see Baymax back, we’re impressed by the overall animation quality for this series. Everything looks movie quality so far, which is a pleasant surprise.
It’s worth noting this isn’t the first time there’s been a spinoff series focused on Baymax and Big Hero 6. Three seasons of Big Hero 6: The Series aired on Disney XD between 2017 and 2020. While that series was in a more traditional style of animation, the new Baymax! series will more closely match the original movie.
