Disney Cruise Line is creating a new commemorative display on their private island Castaway Cay that will honor guests with 50 or more voyages with the company. The display will look like a colorful fence and will feature the names of the families who have reached the 50-sailing milestone.
Scott Gustin reports the display will be located near the Post Office on Castaway Cay.

Qualifying families will be notified soon and will be able to select one of four icons that will appear next to their name.
Disney Cruise Line says eligible Castaway Club members will have the opportunity to select one of the icons to accompany their family’s name on the display. Eligible families will be contacted soon. pic.twitter.com/73dj8XK8V8

The display is Disney Cruise Line’s most recent attempt to honor frequent cruisers. They previously added a new tier to the Castaway Club program for guests with 25 or more voyages. Now, this semi-permanent display will show off the names of the company’s most loyal cruisers.
It’s great to see the most passionate Disney Cruise Line fans being recognized in what many would say is the company’s best port. But, compared to other cruise companies, we still think Disney Cruise Line could offer more perks and benefits for guests who sail the most frequently.
