Haunted Mansion Parlor to Use a Time Limit on the Disney Treasure

Updated:

The Haunted Mansion Parlor on the Disney Treasure is one of the best themed spaces Disney Cruise Line has ever created. The spooky lounge has received rave reviews during test cruises, and is set to be one of the most popular areas on the ship.

Because of that expected popularity, Disney Cruise Line is implementing a 45-minute time limit for guests in the lounge. A sign has been posted outside the Haunted Mansion Parlor announcing the 45-minute maximum time limit for all guests.

We wondered whether Disney Cruise Line would use a virtual queue or a time limit to handle the demand for the relatively small lounge. With the Haunted Mansion Parlor having a series of effects and story moments, guests will want to linger and stay for an extended period. Disney has used a similar tactic with Oga’s Cantina at Disneyland Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Currently, Disney Cruise Line hasn’t announced any plans for a virtual queue or assigned time slots for the Haunted Mansion Parlor. Don’t want to wait to see this ghoulish lounge? Take a look at the Haunted Mansion Parlor tour!
