Guests who have sailed with Disney Cruise Line know that their customer service can feel like real magic. From the servers in the restaurants to the great folks in housekeeping, every cast member on board goes above and beyond to make everyone’s vacation a special one.
Now, Disney Cruise Line has picked up national recognition by Newsweek for their outstanding customer service. In a partnership with Statista, Newsweek compiled the rankings that reveal the companies with the best customer service. Disney Cruise Line won not only their category of Cruise Operators, but they were also named the top overall company.

Disney as a whole is known for its customer service. Disney Cruise Line takes that level of service up a notch, besting even the strong reputations seen at Disneyland and Disney World. There’s something very unique about Disney Cruise Line.
Personally, we loved our cruise with Disney and one of the main reasons was the incredible service. Our dining team made each meal memorable as we rotated between all of the different restaurants on the Disney Dream. They took the time to learn our names and find out what we liked, what we didn’t like and how they could make each meal a fun experience. Beyond meals, every cast member we encountered was enthusiastic, fun and eager to help in any way they could. It was amazing.
