A new rumor is circulating suggesting a “Make Your Own Crepes” location is coming to Paris in Epcot’s World Showcase. The report, as seen on WDWNT.com, states that the “Make Your Own Crepes” location will be placed near the new Ratatouille ride that’s currently being built.
The rumor says the crepe location is supposed to open before the end of 2018, well before the Ratatouille ride that’s supposed to open at some point in late 2019.
As with any rumor, take this report with a grain of salt. A crepe location, particularly one that sounds like a customizable experience, makes a lot of sense in Paris. However, it’s difficult to envision a new fixed food location opening so far in advance of the Ratatouille attraction. It all depends on where the actual spot would be located, but it’s doubtful Disney would want to place it near an active construction site.
Disney may be evaluating future options in Paris and a “Make Your Own Crepes” location could very well be on the table. We’ll have to wait and see if one actually comes to fruition.
