Xandarian Ship Installation Begins at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind has reached a significant construction milestone at Epcot. The installation of the Xandarian ship has started just outside the main entrance, giving the pavilion its signature look.

Imagineer Zach Riddley offered an early look at the installation of the ship. More images can be seen in the Instagram post below by clicking the arrow.

Riddley mentions the 51-foot-tall ship will be surrounded by a launch pad area. The ship is painted gold and blue and will add some much-needed color in front of the Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind building.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is scheduled to open in Summer 2022.
