Epcot’s new primary gift shop has officially opened! The Creations Shop and the brand new Club Cool welcomed guests for the first time on September 15.
Along with the opening, Disney released a video showcasing some of the art and style of the Creations Shop.
The Creations Shop is located in the old Innoventions East building in the location now called World Celebration. The store takes over as Epcot’s flagship merchandise location in place of the old MouseGear.
We’re fans of the original art that now lives inside the Creations Shop. We also love to see all of the natural lighting from the store’s enormous windows. The rest of the shop’s design matches current Disney design trends – modern and relatively plain.
The Creations Shop has some unique merchandise that appears to be exclusive to Epcot. This is a trend Disney should continue as too often all Walt Disney World stores stock the same items.
