Video: Backstage rehearsals for the Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party

Updated:

The new Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party is expected to debut in the Magic Kingdom on January 18, 2019. Ahead of its first performance, Disney released a video that shows rehearsal footage for the new party.

The behind-the-scenes clip can be found in a video highlighting all of the new things coming to Disney in 2019. The Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party portion begins around 0:18 and wraps up around 1:02.

The big takeaways here are that the dance party will feature updated floats, choreographed dances and live singers. Having live singers involved will be one of the key differences between this offering and the old Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! show.

We’ll add a video of the new street party once it debuts.
