Reopening of Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort has been delayed

Disney has announced that Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort will not reopen on December 9, 2021 as originally scheduled. The resort will remain closed and Disney will “take the opportunity to refresh the Sports theme area.”

A new reopening date wasn’t provided at this time. Disney also didn’t outline what they plan to do during the refurbishment.

As a result, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort has been removed from the list of reopening hotels. Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside is the next scheduled to reopen on October 14, 2021. Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter is scheduled to reopen shortly after on October 28, 2021.
