Minnie Van service increases from $20 to $25 at Disney World

Updated:

Disney World has increased the flat price for their Minnie Van transportation service. Alongside the increase of their theme park ticket prices, Disney has increased the rate to use the Minnie Vans from $20 to $25 per trip, as reported by WDWMagic.

For $25, you can take a Minnie Van from one of the following resorts to any on-property location. It’s expected that the success of the service will result in more resort availability in the near future.

Animal Kingdom Lodge
Beach Club Resort
BoardWalk Resort
Caribbean Beach Resort
Contemporary Resort
Grand Floridian Resort
Polynesian Village Resort
Pop Century Resort
Saratoga Springs Resort
Wilderness Lodge
Yacht Club Resort

For $150, you can also have a Minnie Van take you from your resort to the Orlando International Airport.

Is the Minnie Van service worth the price? That’s a subjective question, though we did have a good experience on an earlier trip. We paid $20 to have a Minnie Van take us from Wilderness Lodge Resort to Polynesian Resort for an early breakfast reservation. We were running late and needed the quickest transportation. In that scenario, the $20 was worth it. However, with the new $25 price tag, fewer situations will be justifiable for us to warrant using this service over the free modes of transportation. Families and groups may be more inclined to use the Minnie Vans as each vehicle can hold six passengers and includes two car seats.
