Jordan Fisher Asks When ‘Happily Ever After’ Will Return to Walt Disney World

Updated:

You can add Jordan Fisher to the list of people asking (begging) for Happily Ever After to return to the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. The very talented Fisher, who sings the Happily Ever After theme alongside Angie Keilhauer, posted a video on Twitter asking about the former nighttime spectacular.

Fisher specifically asks if Happily Ever After is coming back at some point. He adds, “Shouldn’t it come back?”

Fisher has shared how much Happily Ever After means to him in the past. He posted an emotional goodbye to the show on Instagram when it wrapped up last year.

The super popular Magic Kingdom spectacular was replaced by Disney Enchantment in September 2021. Disney Enchantment was billed as a show celebrating Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary, but it has been met with mixed-to-poor reviews. Many believe Disney Enchantment is a step down compared to Happily Ever After.

Reports have surfaced suggesting Disney is aware of Disney Enchantment’s relatively low score with guests. It seems unlikely Disney will run with the show too much longer given that data, and they could easily spin it as a special 50th offering that’s now wrapping up.

Will Happily Ever After return? It certainly seems possible. If they’re planning to end Enchantment’s run soon, it makes more sense to revert back to a beloved show rather than spend the money and time on something brand new.
