Disney’s EarPort store closed for refurbishment, will reopen in November

Updated:

The iconic Disney’s EarPort store at Orlando International Airport has closed for refurbishment and will receive a major facelift before its scheduled reopening in November 2019. Previously, the other Disney store at the airport, the Magic of Disney, was reopened after a significant transformation at the beginning of 2019.

Disney’s EarPort is often the first photo location for guests after they arrive in the main terminal for their Disney vacation. It’s a great first and last moment for many Disney trips.

The remodel is expected to be a significant one that brings the EarPort in line with the other updated retail locations both in Walt Disney World and with the other Disney store at Orlando International Airport. Most of those retail remodels have opted for a cleaner, modern look with more understated theming.

Will the remodeled Disney’s EarPort still capture the magic for guests traveling through the main terminal? We’ll have to check back in November.
