Disney Magical Express to get a new look

Disney’s Magical Express will have two new updates this summer. First, Disney’s Magic Express will have a slight name change, switching to just Disney Magical Express. That continues the trend of Disney dropping their names with apostrophes.

Next, and more noticeably, the motor coaches themselves will have a new look.

The new design, shown at the top of the page courtesy of WDWMagic.com, prominently uses the porthole design currently seen on the motor coaches advertising Disney Cruise Line. Familiar characters line the motor coach, including Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Pluto.

Perhaps the best part of this announcement isn’t what was changed, but rather what hasn’t been changed. They Disney Magical Express is still a free mode of transportation for Disney World guests between Orlando International Airport and their resort.
