Disney Adding Dolls in Wheelchairs to “it’s a small world” Attractions

Disney is making a small update to the “it’s a small world” attractions at Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Disneyland Paris.

Two dolls in wheelchairs have been added to the attraction at Disneyland Resort, and, according to CNN reporter Natasha Chen, the dolls will be added to Walt Disney World and Disneyland Paris next year.

The dolls perfectly match the Mary Blair style, and look like they’ve always been in the scenes. This is a great addition that includes a new segment of guests who previously weren’t represented in the attraction.

This is one of those subtle and impactful changes that all Disney guests can celebrate.
