The Beach Club Marketplace at Disney’s Beach Club Resort has reopened after a relatively brief refurbishment. The space has been reconfigured with more open space and a new cooler for grab-and-go items.
New coffee machines have been added, but unfortunately the popular Coca-Cola Freestyle soda machines were not added during the refurbishment.
Glancing around the space, there’s a lot of room for guests to move around while maintaining social distancing. The line where guests would order hot food has been removed in favor of mobile ordering.
All in all, this wasn’t a significant change to the Beach Club Marketplace. The overall look and feel remains the same. Disney may return more of the shelves and stands when health regulations ease, but for now the space offers a far less congested experience than it did in the past.
