A quick look inside Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at Epcot

Updated:

Disney has provided a new look inside Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at Epcot. The new indoor coaster was highlighted on Good Morning America and viewers were given a quick glimpse inside the massive ride building.

The screenshot below shows a small section of the ride building.

While the preview was brief, this is the first time we’ve seen one of the scenes installed by the track. Guests will pass by various set pieces as they travel through this indoor dark coaster.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is billed as one of the longest indoor coasters in the world. The ride will use special vehicles that can spin and point guests in a specific direction, such as towards set pieces. The coaster is labeled as a family coaster, coming in more intense than Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, but less wild than Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will open in Epcot in 2022.
