Visiting Walt Disney World is pretty easy if you live in the state of Florida. The theme park destination offers several Annual Pass options for residents of the Sunshine State. But are there Annual Passes for people who live outside of the state of Florida?
Yes! Walt Disney World has a single annual pass option for out-of-state guests who are not Disney Vacation Club members. Click here to learn more about the new Walt Disney World annual pass system Disney revealed in August 2021.
Disney Incredi-Pass
The Disney Incredi-Pass is the top-of-the-line pass that includes no blackout dates and up to five days of theme park reservations. This pass also includes free theme park parking and up to 20% off of select dining and merchandise.
Unlike Disney’s previous annual pass system, PhotoPass downloads are now an additional fee.
How Do I Buy an Annual Pass?
Purchasing and activating a Walt Disney World Annual Pass is easy.
Visit the Annual Pass section of Walt Disney World’s website and find out which pass is the best option for you.
How Do I Activate an Annual Pass?
You’ll need to activate your Annual Pass before being able to use it. This means visiting a Walt Disney World ticket location (these are located at each theme park and Disney Springs) in person and showing them your confirmation number and a photo ID.
Your one-year Annual Pass doesn’t officially begin until you’ve activated it. You can wait years to activate your pass should you so desire.
Best Time to Buy an Annual Pass?
One of the best strategies to save money is to buy an Annual Pass well in advance of a year in which you plan to visit Walt Disney World on multiple occasions. We bought our Annual Pass about four months before a year in which we planned to visit multiple times. This guaranteed that we had our ticket prices locked in.
Disney traditionally increases annual pass prices once or twice each year, which should factor into your planning.
